Cloud-Based Knowledge Management Strategies for Enhancing the Performance Efficiency of School Organizations

School digital transformation had increased the production of information and knowledge, yet fragmented management continued to generate work duplication, delayed access, and dependence on individual knowledge. This study aimed to analyze cloud-based knowledge management strategies for improving school organizational performance efficiency and to construct a conceptual model explaining the relationship between knowledge management and work process efficiency. The study employed a qualitative approach with a multiple case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving actors engaged in school digital knowledge management. Data were analyzed thematically through within-case analysis and cross-case comparison. The findings identified four strategic functions: organizational knowledge centralization, codification of knowledge and professional experience, collaborative knowledge distribution, and knowledge reuse. Knowledge reuse emerged as the primary mechanism connecting the knowledge management cycle with efficiency by reducing work duplication, accelerating information access, maintaining knowledge continuity, improving coordination, and supporting decision-making. The study developed a cloud-based knowledge management strategy model that integrated digital infrastructure, organizational memory, professional collaboration, and continuous knowledge renewal. This model extended the understanding of school digital transformation by positioning cloud technology as an infrastructure for activating organizational knowledge and strengthening work process efficiency.
