Publication Process

Ardi Academic Multidisciplinary Journal follows a transparent, systematic, and rigorous publication process to ensure the quality, integrity, and credibility of every published article. Each manuscript submitted to the journal undergoes several stages of evaluation and editorial processing before publication. The publication process is conducted in accordance with international standards of scholarly publishing and publication ethics.

The publication workflow consists of the following stages:.

1. Manuscript Submission

Authors submit their manuscripts electronically through the journal’s Online Journal System (OJS). Before submission, authors should ensure that their manuscripts comply with the journal’s Author Guidelines, formatting requirements, ethical standards, and manuscript template.

At the time of submission, authors are required to provide:

  • Complete manuscript files.
  • Author information and affiliations.
  • Abstract and keywords.
  • References prepared according to the journal style.
  • Supplementary files, if applicable.
  • Declaration of originality and ethical compliance.

2. Administrative and Technical Screening

The Editorial Office conducts an initial administrative assessment to verify that the manuscript:

  • Falls within the journal’s aims and scope.
  • Follows the prescribed manuscript template.
  • Contains complete metadata and required documents.
  • Meets basic standards of academic writing.
  • Complies with submission requirements.

Manuscripts that do not satisfy these requirements may be returned to the authors for correction before entering the review process.

3. Plagiarism Screening

All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software to ensure originality.

The journal applies the following similarity criteria:

  • Maximum Overall Similarity Index: 25%
  • Maximum Similarity from a Single Source: 5%

Manuscripts exceeding these thresholds may be rejected or returned for revision.

4. Editorial Evaluation

The Editor-in-Chief or an assigned Handling Editor evaluates the manuscript based on:

  • Relevance to the journal’s scope.
  • Originality and novelty.
  • Scientific significance.
  • Research methodology.
  • Compliance with publication ethics.
  • Overall quality of the manuscript.

At this stage, manuscripts may be accepted for peer review or rejected through a desk review decision if they do not meet the journal’s standards.

5. Double-Blind Peer Review

Eligible manuscripts are forwarded to at least two independent reviewers who possess expertise in the relevant field.

The review process follows the Double-Blind Peer Review system, ensuring that neither the authors nor the reviewers know each other’s identities.

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:

  • Originality and innovation.
