The Influence of Agile Curriculum Implementation on Quality Resilience in Islamic Higher Education Institutions

Rapid changes in higher education have required Islamic higher education institutions to preserve academic quality while responding to technological developments, evolving competency demands, and shifting stakeholder expectations. This study aimed to examine the influence of agile curriculum implementation on quality resilience in Islamic higher education institutions and formulate an adaptive mechanism explaining their relationship. Quantitative library research using a meta-analytic approach examined 70 empirical articles published between 2016 and 2025, retrieved from five scholarly databases and selected through a systematic review reporting protocol. Data were analyzed through construct harmonization and effect-size synthesis while considering heterogeneity, publication bias, and result stability. The findings identified four core capabilities: continuous environmental sensing, iterative curriculum renewal, stakeholder feedback integration, and rapid curricular reconfiguration. These capabilities demonstrated a positive pattern toward quality relevance, adaptability, responsiveness, and continuity. The study developed the Agile Curriculum-Driven Quality Resilience model and identified quality relevance erosion as a risk of declining substantive relevance behind administrative quality compliance. The findings integrated curriculum agility, dynamic capabilities, and organizational resilience into an adaptive quality management framework for Islamic higher education under continuous change
