Lexa: Journal of Legal Studies is committed to the principle that unrestricted access to scholarly research promotes the global dissemination of legal knowledge and enhances academic collaboration. Accordingly, this journal provides immediate open access to all published articles, ensuring that research findings are freely and permanently available to readers worldwide without subscription fees or access barriers.

All articles published in Lexa: Journal of Legal Studies are available immediately upon publication and may be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, searched, linked to, or used for any lawful purpose, provided that proper attribution is given to the original author(s) and the journal.
