Copyright of all articles published in Lexa: Journal of Legal Studies remains with the author(s). By submitting and publishing a manuscript in this journal, the author(s) grant Lexa: Journal of Legal Studies the right of first publication. The published work is simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) License.

Under this license, readers and third parties are free to:
